Louisiana Voodoo Fries
Ingredients:
Main:
• 4 large Russet potatoes (cut into fries)
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Seasoning Blend:
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
Voodoo Sauce:
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp sriracha
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
Instructions:
1. Prep the Fries:
◦ Peel (optional) and cut potatoes into thick fries.
◦ Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry completely.
2. Season and Cook:
◦ Toss the fries in a bit of oil and your seasoning blend.
◦ Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway — or air-fry until golden and crispy.
3. Make the Sauce:
◦ In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and paprika. Adjust spice and sweetness as desired.
4. Assemble the Voodoo Fries:
◦ Pile the crispy fries on a plate, sprinkle with shredded cheddar while hot so it melts.
◦ Drizzle the voodoo sauce generously over the fries.
◦ Top with chopped green onions.
