A fun play on the classic loaded baked potato that can be easily prepared alongside other items on the grill.
1/2 bag Roasted Baby Bakers (851), thawed and quartered
1/4 cup butter, cut into 1/4" pieces
6 slices Fully Cooked Bacon Slices (811), thawed and chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine baby bakers, butter and bacon in foil pouch and seal.
- Grill over medium-high indirect heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Add green onions and shredded cheese to cooked potatoes.
- Serve with a scoop of sour cream.
