8 ounces spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup beef broth
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Extra Parmesan cheese for garnish
Directions:
Cook the Spaghetti:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Stir in the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Make the Sauce:
Reduce heat to medium. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, then stir in the Parmesan cheese and butter. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
