Juicy Ranch Cheddar Crack Burgers
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 burger buns, toasted
Lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles for serving (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil or butter for grilling
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined—avoid overmixing.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties, slightly wider than the buns.
Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the burgers for about 4–5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 160°F).
Lightly toast the burger buns.
Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and your favorite condiments.
Serve hot and juicy!
