Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  3. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the melted butter, mixing until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Evenly distribute the stuffing mixture over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
