Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables.
- In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the melted butter, mixing until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- Spread the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Evenly distribute the stuffing mixture over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
